Change Manager (H/F)

Join TCS France Delivery as a Change Manager, where you will lead the people-side of change for IT transformation programs and AI-led engagements. You will drive change adoption and benefits realization, manage stakeholders, develop communication strategies, and define learning needs. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management, a proven track record in IT and business transformation programs, and fluency in French and English.

• Définir et exécuter la stratégie de gestion du changement alignée aux résultats du programme, à l'approche de livraison et au contexte client.
• Identifier les parties prenantes et les personas, évaluer leur influence/impact, définir l'approche d'engagement et la gouvernance.
• Développer des récits de communication et des messages adaptés à différents publics, créer et gérer des actifs de communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• The candidate should be AI proficient.
• **Experience:** 8-10 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Change Enablement / Transformation roles within IT and business transformation programs.
• **Proven track record** in at least two of the following: ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud adoption, digital workplace transformation, service management/SIIT/SIAM, data & analytics transformation, automation/RPA, or GenAI / AI product deployments.
• **Methods:** Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change frameworks; familiarity with Agile/SAFe ways of working. (Prosci Certification)
• **Language:** Fluent French and English (written and spoken) for France-based engagements.
• **Mobility:** Willingness to travel within France/Europe depending on client needs.
