Tax Manager

Re:Build Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee US Federal, state, local, and international tax compliance. The Tax Manager will develop a deep understanding of the company's operations, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide real-time guidance during business decisions. The role will also involve managing sales and use tax compliance, R&D tax credit studies, M&A support, transfer pricing, state and local compliance, and vendor management. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant opportunities for professional growth.

• Oversee US Federal, state, local, and international tax compliance across Re:Build Manufacturing, LLC and its subsidiaries.
• Develop a deep understanding of business operations, revenue models, and product classifications to identify tax savings opportunities proactively.
• Serve as the day-to-day financial steward of multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
