Events Manager

Join Re:Build Manufacturing as an Events Manager, where you'll lead and scale our event and in-person experience programs. This role involves end-to-end event strategy, execution, and performance analysis, with a focus on measurable business impact. You'll represent Re:Build at events, manage logistics, and align collaborators. • Plan and execute the event strategy, including building an event calendar, managing logistics, and overseeing all event execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event campaigns, messaging, and staffing, and ensure a consistent brand presence.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance event effectiveness and lead generation.

• The right candidate brings strong commercial judgment, experience in B2B (and ideally B2G) marketing, and a track record of using events to generate qualified leads
• Strong communication and partner management skills
• Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous
• Comfortable owning projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across teams and handling challenging priorities
• Strong judgment in brand presentation and messaging
• Ability to connect event activity to measurable business outcomes
• Data-driven approach to performance tracking and improvement
• Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• 7–10 years running trade shows and events with validated lead generation results
• Experience with event analytics and reporting tools
• Track record of improving event performance and efficiency
