Participant Recruitment Partner/Sourcer

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier participants, supporting client-specific AI delivery teams, and maintaining the quality and diversity of Prolific's participant pools. You will need a proven track record in recruitment excellence, experience with high-volume sourcing strategies, and a data-driven mindset. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US or Mexico.

• Identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier, highly qualified specialist participants to build and maintain Prolific’s participant pool.
• Acting as a trusted partner for client-specific AI delivery teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related operations.
• Delivering exceptional results on bespoke client projects, consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious project goals.
