• Design and implement quality frameworks for complex human data programs, including evaluation rubrics and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with clients as a strategic thought partner, challenging annotation schemas and data requirements to ensure they produce the necessary signal for models.
• Build scalable quality systems, measurement frameworks, and automated checks using Python and SQL, and partner with product and engineering teams to build the quality infrastructure.
