Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Join our Marketing Analytics team as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst. In this role, you will design and drive high-impact analytics solutions, partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, lead analytical deep dives, visualize and communicate findings, and explore AI-driven automation opportunities. You will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of our analytics efforts and make a significant impact on our marketing strategies.

• Design and drive high-impact analytics solutions, including developing advanced statistical frameworks and building data pipelines.
• Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives.
• Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
• Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters, MBA or PhD preferred
• Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience in automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
