Product Counsel, EMEA

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Product Counsel, EMEA, you will provide legal support for Whatnot's international product roadmap, advise on privacy and data protection, and monitor global regulatory developments. You should have 8+ years of legal experience, significant in-house product counsel experience, and deep familiarity with UK and EU digital regulation.

• Provide day-to-day product legal support for Whatnot’s international product roadmap, advising product and engineering teams from concept through post-launch on legal risk across the UK, EU, and new markets.
• Lead global review of new products, product features, and product-related matters to ensure compliance with applicable digital, consumer protection, and platform regulation — before features ship.
• Serve as product privacy counsel for Whatnot’s international markets, advising on privacy-by-design principles and data protection obligations throughout the product development lifecycle.
