Till Coordinator (Contract)

Join our team as a Till Coordinator in a luxury boutique. You will be responsible for managing all sales transactions, handling petty cash, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and cashiering, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus.

• 모든 세일즈 거래 및 결제 시스템을 정확하고 효율적으로 관리하고, 결제 오프닝과 클로징을 담당하며, 매장 내 현금 및 상품권을 관리합니다.
• 결제 관련 고객 문의 및 의뢰에 대한 응대, 결제 관련 리포트 처리 및 보관을 관리하며, 결제 관련하여 이슈가 있을 경우 직속 매니저에게 보고합니다.
• 매장 세일즈 타겟 달성하기 위한 적극적 기여 및 긍정적인 팀워크를 발휘하며, 필요 시 플로어 지원을 제공합니다.
