Team Leader

Join our team as a Team Leader, where you will be responsible for achieving budget and sales targets, managing stock and process control, overseeing merchandising, ensuring smooth store operations, managing the team, and developing client relationships. You should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant management experience in luxury retail or a similar capacity, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Achieve annual and monthly sales targets, monitor and review sales data regularly.
• Ensure compliance with group procedures for stock control, work with the operation team on stock takes.
• Oversee store operations as shift leader, handle customer complaints, and propose recommendations to enhance operational processes.
