Sales Supervisor (Bangkok)

Join our team as a Sales Supervisor in Bangkok. In this role, you will lead and inspire the sales team, manage daily store operations, and take responsibility for assigned product categories. You will also build and nurture long-term client relationships and ensure the highest standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within high-end fashion or luxury retail, be fluent in English, and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, while ensuring skill development in selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Act as shift leader/manager-on-duty to oversee daily store operations, manage in-store appearance, and coordinate store events and communication activities.
• Take responsibility for assigned product categories, including sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff training.
