Sales Associate

Join Hermès, a luxury brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all sales activities in-store, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will also assist with inventory and special projects as needed, and be part of a collaborative and inclusive team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands, a strong motivation to provide excellent customer service, and a good command of Mandarin.

• Responsible for all sales activities in store, including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, and delivering post-sales services.
