Retail Planning Manager

Join our team as a Retail Planning Manager, where you will be responsible for sales forecasting and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with Retail Merchandisers and Logistics Departments to support local business needs. Your main responsibilities will include managing the sales budget by category and store, stock management, and establishing stock replenishment strategies. You will also lead a team of Retail Planners and participate in various merchandising operations and projects.

• Responsible for sales budget by category and store, stock management, and establishing stock replenishment strategy.
• Define yearly sales budgets by store and category of products in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising Director, and provide updated sales forecasts.
• Facilitate products supply in coordination with HQ supply department, implement the Group's replenishment strategy, and define the selection of Permanent Stock items.
