IT Specialist

Join our team as an IT Specialist, where you will be responsible for the administration of IT server and network infrastructure, management of IT vendors and external outsourcing IT contractors, and providing Level 1 end-user computing and network support. You will also be involved in regular patch management, setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, monitoring of routine operations, and maintaining close collaboration with the Regional IT team in Singapore. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, is required.

• Administration of IT Server and Network infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Management of IT vendor and external outsourcing IT contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Preparation of IT technical documentation, policies, and procedures, and providing Level 1 end-user computing and network support.
