Associate Retail Planner

Join Hermès of Paris as an Associate Retail Planner. In this role, you will support the Retail Planning and Inventory Planning team by managing day-to-day responsibilities, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and building ad-hoc templates to drive department strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, including Merchandise Managers, Inventory Planning, IT, and Finance, to optimize inventory and improve business performance. A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of merchandise planning or related experience are required.

• Support the Retail Planning team in preparing and leading the open-to-buy reviews, forecasting sales, and monitoring the execution of the buy.
• Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and risks across channels and product categories, presenting recommended shifts to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise Managers, Inventory Planning, and Finance, to align on inventory targets and OTB assumptions.
