About The Role

Join Crusoe Energy, a leading company in the energy sector, as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating various administrative recruiting and HR-related processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and representing the company's brand. You will assist in talent acquisition, onboarding tasks, and maintaining relationships with outside recruiting partners.   • Assisting in talent acquisition by developing and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed and new employees are set up for success.
  • Proactively taking ownership of the recruitment process, making recommendations for process improvements, and maintaining relationships with outside recruiting partners and vendors.

  • Solid understanding of hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Ability to self-monitor; meet recruiting deadlines and work with little supervision in a fast-paced, high activity environment and with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a natural ability to manage competing priorities
