Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Join Kingfisher, a leading home improvement company, as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. In this hybrid role based in Cluj, Romania, you will improve the reliability, observability, and resilience of Kingfisher's digital platforms and services. You will work closely with various teams to reduce operational risk, improve service health, and make reliability a part of everyday engineering practice. This is a hands-on senior engineering role where you will influence technical direction, drive improvements across teams, and support better operational practices.

• Act as a senior voice for reliability, observability, and operational excellence, influencing technical direction and driving improvements across teams.
• Define and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets to improve observability and customer impact.
• Partner with teams to reduce toil, automate operations, and improve production readiness, while supporting incident management and post-mortems.
