• Coaching and teaching squads to successfully run Agile ceremonies and work within Kingfisher Agile processes.
• Delivering targeted learning activities in response to feedback and providing squads with data and insights to enable continuous improvement.
• Conducting maturity assessments to understand Agile maturity at the squad level and identifying actions to enable increased success.
