About The Role

Join JFrog as an Associate Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer journey and driving revenue retention. You will manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, optimize Salesforce data integrity, identify expansion opportunities, and streamline the customer experience. This position offers a range of benefits, including an employee stock purchase plan, retirement options, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Master the renewals lifecycle to ensure customers maintain their continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and provide actionable insights during the renewal cycle.
  • AI fluency for non-technical, customer-facing work: using AI to accelerate research and drafting, then verifying the output before treating it as finished
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment where adaptability and a “Froggy” spirit are essential, with working depth on the JFrog platform itself (Xray, edge nodes, tiering) enough to handle a technical objection without a one-line script
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios and meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes and cross-functional dependencies, including contract and legal workflow literacy (JSA, DPA, NDA, compliance routing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external customer liaisons
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account management, renewals, or sales operations within a SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including working deal math independently: discount deltas, co-term pricing across tiers, and monthly-vs-annual savings comparisons
