Operations & Strategy Internship

Join our core Ops team as an Operations & Strategy Intern, where you'll tackle real problems in private market investing. You'll take ownership of one of four focus areas based on your strengths and interests, supporting process execution, improvement, and scale. This is a unique opportunity to learn quickly, work hard, and make a significant impact.

• Coordonner le processus d'intégration des fonds en soutenant l'intégration des investisseurs, la préparation des documents et la résolution des problèmes opérationnels.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, business law, etc.) or an operations-related role, ideally in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with automation and project management tools like Notion, Make, Asana or Retool is a plus
• You are a recent graduate or nearing the end of your studies
• Curious and proactive mindset - you like to ask “why” instead of just accepting things
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding of basic private market fundamentals and an interest to dive deep into private asset investing
