Site Reliability Engineer

Join DataSnipper as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and be a key player in architecting robust solutions that push the boundaries of cloud infrastructure, automation, and user management. You will monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of DataSnipper's cloud infrastructure, respond to incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability and observability practices into the development lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience with Azure services, monitoring and observability platforms, and proficiency in at least one scripting language.

• Monitor, maintain, and improve DataSnipper's cloud infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to embed reliability and observability practices into the development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: Container Apps, Key Vault, Front Door, Terraform
• Works independently on defined infrastructure responsibilities and escalates complex issues appropriately
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Grafana, Datadog, or similar)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or similar)
• 2–4 years of experience in a site reliability, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure engineering role
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of networking, distributed systems, and cloud security fundamentals
