About The Role
Join CORUM, a leading European investment group, as an Investment Analyst in Lisbon. You will be part of the Sourcing Team, responsible for analyzing real estate investment opportunities, building financial models, and preparing investment committee materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, finance, or investment banking, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Analyser les opportunités d'investissement immobilier dans différents secteurs et classes d'actifs.
- Construire et maintenir des modèles de flux de trésorerie actualisés détaillés.
- Préparer des documents pour le comité d'investissement et les mémorandums d'investissement internes.
