Quality Technician

Join our team as a Quality Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of parts and components used in our machines. You will be responsible for performing detailed incoming inspections, inspecting spare and field replacement parts, and maintaining quality systems and continuous improvement efforts. This is a hands-on inspection role that requires proficiency with standard hand measurement tools and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Perform detailed incoming inspection of mechanical and electromechanical parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order requirements.
• Inspect spare parts and break-fix components prior to shipment to field machines, ensuring they meet drawing requirements and are free of known defect conditions.
• Maintain inspection records, nonconformance logs, and calibration documentation in support of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Proficiency with standard hand measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
• Experience inspecting both mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly and completely
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working in a production floor environment
