Graduate Engineer

Join Suez International, a global leader in the water industry, as a Graduate Engineer. This two-year fixed-term contract offers a structured development journey, hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and targeted learning interventions. Participants will gain a holistic understanding of the water operations business and build essential leadership capabilities. Successful completion of the program will lead to a permanent employment contract with Suez International Philippine Branch.

• Participate in a structured and immersive development journey, gaining hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure in the water operations business.
• Perform responsibilities with the Water Operations, Process and Engineering, Proposal Departments of the branch office, and contribute to project assignments.
• Complete the program successfully to be considered for a permanent employment contract with Suez International Philippine Branch.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Engineering/ relevant industries particularly in Water Solutions/Water treatment
• Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Environmental/Process ) from an accredited university. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated with Latin honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude), demonstrating strong academic performance.
• Must be a PRC‑registered Engineer
• Proficient user of MS Office
