Expediting and Quality Control

As an Expediting and Quality Control specialist, you will ensure compliance with procurement policies, HSE standards, and ethical practices. You will define and implement inspection plans, coordinate with various stakeholders, and report on project activity and KPIs. A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required.

• Definir e implementar o Plano de Inspeção e Teste (ITP) de acordo com os requisitos do projeto e do equipamento.
• Coordenar ações e compromissos com gerentes de categorias e/ou SCPM e/ou compradores, garantindo o controle de fabricação e inspeção.
• Alertar o SCPM e sua hierarquia sobre não conformidades (atrasos, aspectos de qualidade/técnicos) para coordenar o plano de ação de expedição.

**JOB SPECIFICATION:**

• Bachelor’s degree of any course preferably Engineering or Supply Chain Management (with license is an advantage but not required).
• At least 3-years’ experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector; preferred but not required, or at least from Oil and Gas – Engineering, Procurement & Construction
• At least 3-years’ experience in expediting and quality control of equipment prior and after shipment, logistics and material management for the Project.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Capable of working independently under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.
• Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable/ report preparation.
• Good team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Has a good sense for decision making
