In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, running initial calls, and partnering closely with hiring managers. • Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines before we need them.
• Partner with Sales and Care managers to write solid hiring briefs and define their ideal candidate persona.
• Contribute to our employer brand strategy, how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, on campuses.
