Associate Corporate Tax Manager Director (Experienced)

Join our Private Capital corporate tax team as an Associate Corporate Tax Manager Director. You will work with dynamic, entrepreneurial businesses, helping them navigate complex tax compliance obligations and supporting a range of tax advisory projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, from owner-managed businesses to private equity-backed businesses. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on a range of tax issues, leading client meetings, developing junior team members, providing creative solutions to tax issues, and actively growing the business.

• Advising a broad range of clients on various tax issues, covering compliance and advisory projects.
• Leading client work, engaging with wider Tax teams to ensure correct skill utilization on all projects.
• Developing junior team members, understanding their career aspirations, and supporting their development.

• Joining us as an Associate Director, or Experienced Manager the minimum criteria you’ll need is a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post qualification experience, and to be confident managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients
• You’ll possess strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and a working knowledge of international concepts
• You’ll have demonstrable Business Development experience
• You’ll have gained experience working within a professional services environment
• You’ll have reviewed work and supervised people in a tax environment
• You’ll have experience of managing a large portfolio of tax clients
• An eagerness to develop deep knowledge of the firm’s services and capabilities
