People Operations Coordinator

Join our team as a People Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our global people operations. In this hands-on position, you'll manage core processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management, while also maintaining data integrity in our HRIS. You'll be the go-to person for employee questions, manage our ticketing system, and support various people-related projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in people operations or HR generalist roles, preferably in a high-growth, multi-country startup environment.

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement des processus opérationnels liés aux ressources humaines, y compris l'intégration, la sortie, la gestion des contrats et des absences.
• Gérer l'intégrité des données de notre système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH), maintenir des dossiers précis, effectuer des audits et mettre en place des flux de travail.
• Être le point de contact pour les questions des employés, gérer notre système de billetterie Jira et soutenir les projets liés aux ressources humaines.
• Nice to have
• 2+ years in a people operations or HR generalist roles, ideally spanning multiple countries
• Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or migration
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-country startup environment
• Experience improving or automating a process, with an eye toward building for scale
• Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms and comfort maintaining accurate, structured data
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, juggling multiple workstreams at once
