Sr. Back Office Sales Coordinator

Join Nexans, a global leader in cabling solutions, as a Senior Back Office Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Sales function, managing the sales process from customer inquiries to after-sales support. You will work closely with Front Office Sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient completion of commercial activities.

• Review customer technical specifications and prepare Sales Inquiry Sheets for submission to the Technical Department.
• Coordinate with Finance on price-list updates and prepare commercial offers with all required supporting documents.
• Ensure that bids, estimates, quotations, and tenders are complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted on time.
