Lead Engineer

Join Nexans, a global leader in electrification, as a Lead Engineer. In this role, you will lead engineering activities related to tenders, deliveries, customer support, and complaints. You will work closely with Project Managers, Department Managers, tender teams, manufacturing plants, and other operational and supporting functions across Nexans. The position is based in Oslo, Norway, and offers a highly collaborative working environment with interaction across Nexans' international organization.

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for projects and deliveries, ensuring that engineering is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Support tender teams with technical requirements, solutions, and risk evaluations, and ensure engineering and Scope of Work (SOW) are delivered in accordance with contracts.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage technical risks and opportunities, and facilitate engineering status meetings to report progress.
