About The Role

Join our team as a Technical Retail Designer/Architect for the APAC region. In this role, you will focus on technical development and drafting, delivering comprehensive execution packages for local contractors and manufacturers. You will manage multiple retail projects, ensuring high-quality rendering and timely delivery. You will report to the Store Planning & Visual Merchandising Manager and participate in weekly sync meetings with the HQ team in France. A degree in Interior Design or Architecture and proven experience in Retail Design are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a plus.

  • Producing comprehensive technical execution packages for local contractors and manufacturers, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and material specifications.
  • Reviewing and integrating local contractors' drawings to refine execution details on the ground, while managing a high volume of simultaneous retail projects.
  • Reporting daily to the Store Planning & Visual Merchandising Manager, APAC, to prioritize tasks and align with market needs, and participating in weekly sync meetings with the HQ team in France.
  • Education: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Retail Design, with sharp expertise in technical drawings and execution details.
  • Software Skills (Mandatory):
  • Expert mastery of Rhinoceros 3D (essential for native file sharing).
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Good knowledge of ENSCAPE (or similar) for quick rendering adjustments is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory to bridge communication between APAC local teams and French HQ. French is an asset.
  • Technical Precision: Obsessive attention to detail regarding dimensions, joins, and materials.
  • Agility & Efficiency: Ability to handle multiple projects at a fast pace and prioritise effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Comfortable working in a matrix environment (Local Manager in APAC / Creative Approval in France).
  • Autonomy: Quick to adopt the brand’s existing 3D toolkit, standard scenes, and guidelines to become operational immediately.
