Key account manager - Spain

Join Arenametrix, a leading B2B SaaS startup in the cultural and sports industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction and upselling, customer base development, and performance marketing. You will work closely with various stakeholders, implement and refine the customer journey process, actively prospect for new clients, and highlight the work done with your clients through diverse content. • Prospecter activement par téléphone et planifier des réunions en personne, en tirant parti d'une stratégie de marketing entrant.

**Qualifications**

• You hold a Master’s degree (e.g., from a business school).

• You have prior experience at a B2B SaaS scale-up, particularly in sales and business development

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are bilingual or even a native Spanish speaker

• You are bilingual or even a native English speaker

• You have a structured mindset: you can explain complex ideas simply, create a clear and comprehensive writing plan, and organize your arguments

• You enjoy working with data, handling Excel spreadsheets, and writing complex formulas

• You’re not afraid of a challenge; you’re results-oriented and never get discouraged.

• You can work independently, aren’t afraid to take on responsibilities, and are motivated by the project.

• You’re eager to get involved in a rapidly growing scale-up and have a great experience in Spain as part of a team of passionate people!
