• Support the business development team in executing action plans and strategies to meet key targets.
• Come up with innovative ideas to attract talent and clients, and experiment with various tools and technologies to drive results.
• Assist in optimizing the CRM, creating marketing materials, and providing operational support in creating offers and responding to proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues
• Affinity of working with digital tools. Make your own job easier with creative solutions
• Strong attention to detail & hands-on mentality
• An excellent track record in fast-paced work environments (Entrepreneurship, startups, company building, management consulting) demonstrating swift professional growth is a plus
