Account Executive

Join Deliverect as a Mid-Market Account Executive, where you will drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing small to mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses. You will build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and offer tailored SaaS solutions. This role is essential for expanding Deliverect's footprint in local and regional markets. You will also partner with onboarding, account management, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Fluency in English and Italian, along with 3+ years of sales experience, is required.

• Identifying and engaging high-potential businesses through targeted research and strategic networking.
• Developing a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by Mid-Market businesses and articulating how Deliverect drives efficiency.
• Delivering value-based product demonstrations that directly address each prospect's pain points and managing objections to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-ups on all opportunities
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value
• Fluency in English and Italian
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or the restaurant technology space, ERP enterprise solutions, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges
