Group Head of Sanctions and Exports Controls

Join Ebury, a fast-growing leader in fintech, as the Group Head of Sanctions and Export Controls. In this strategic leadership role, you will design and oversee Ebury's global sanctions and export control compliance framework, ensuring compliance with international regulations while enabling commercial growth. You will lead a high-performing global team, manage relationships with key regulators, and serve as the ultimate escalation authority for complex issues. This is a hybrid position based in Ebury's office, with four days in the office and one day working from home per week.

• Design and maintain Ebury’s global Sanctions and Export Controls framework, policies, and risk appetite statements.
• Establish and govern comprehensive export control protocols tailored to Ebury’s trade finance and cross-border payment operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of regional sanctions managers and advisory officers.
