Associate Product Manager - Service

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Associate Product Manager in our Madrid office. In this role, you will own the Service product area within Client Operations, shaping how it connects to Ebury's operational systems and driving automation. You will define clear outcomes and requirements for engineering, set success metrics, and gather feedback from teams and clients. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of product management experience in fintech or SaaS, a strong understanding of systems thinking, and a metric-driven approach.

• Ownership of the Service product area end to end, including setting the long-term vision and connecting it to Ebury's operational platforms.
• Defining clear outcomes and requirements for Engineering, driving high-quality delivery through the full cycle, and tracking success metrics.
• Gathering feedback from teams and clients, running Show & Tell sessions, and being the go-to person for the product.
