Staff Product Manager (Containers & Kubernetes)

Join CoreWeave, a leading cloud provider specializing in GPU-accelerated computing for AI workloads. As a Staff Product Manager for Container Services, you will drive the roadmap and strategy for our CoreWeave Kubernetes Service and other container-based solutions. You will work closely with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and effective product launches. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud compute workloads, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building businesses and products.

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) and the broader portfolio of container services.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify current state, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, product details, effective product launches, and seamless go-to-market execution.

• Deep understanding of cloud compute workloads and frameworks, specifically Kubernetes and containers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at 5+ years in Product Management of cloud services or in the AI/ML market segment
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, with strong decision-making, project management, and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• Ability to think strategically while being able to dive into technical details to guide engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product features and solutions
• Hands on experience with Kubernetes and familiarity with current trends in Kubernetes & Containers
• Good grasp of the financial/economic dimensions of operating cloud compute services
• Prior experience in a cloud computing context
