Finance Manager

Join CoreWeave as a Finance Manager, where you will drive strategic insights around operating expenditures and partner closely with business stakeholders to build comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning models. You will enhance and standardize FP&A processes, serve as a trusted finance partner to functional teams, and collaborate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, extensive experience with financial modeling and reporting tools, and 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar analytical finance roles.

• Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial and headcount planning models to support scenario analysis and long-range planning.
• Enhance and standardize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Extensive experience with financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the three core financial statements
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical finance roles
• Experience collaborating with C-suite and senior executives in a professional setting
• You love connecting teams and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
