Senior Partner Solution Engineer

• Plan and execute complex system integration projects, ensuring partners can leverage the full potential of the Adyen platform.
• Serve as the primary long-term technical counterpart for partners' engineering and product management teams, providing expert technical guidance.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and influencing Adyen’s roadmap.

• This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to influence both partner implementations and Adyen's internal product development
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting, influential relationships internally and with partners
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.), and a strong desire to continuously improve technical acumen
• Proficient in English
• Growth mindset with a bias toward action and strategic thinking
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage technical stakeholders effectively, influence internal roadmaps, and make decisions by collaborating with the right people
• 8+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs or complex systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading technical discussions and building rapport with engineering leaders and product managers
• Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term technical relationships with partners
• Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL)
• Availability to work 3 days in person in Amsterdam
