3D Artist (AI & Animation)

Join our studio in Da Nang as a 3D Artist, where you'll create characters, props, and environments for our Roblox titles. You'll use a mix of traditional 3D modeling and AI-assisted generation tools, and work closely with Game Designers and our Technical Artist. This role requires 2+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling, familiarity with AI-assisted 3D generation tools, and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Enjoy a competitive salary, healthcare insurance, flexible working hours, and a creative workspace. - Model characters, props, weapons, and environment pieces for Roblox using a combination of hand-modeling and AI-assisted generation tools. - Retopologize, remesh, and clean up AI-generated models to hit Roblox's polycount and performance budgets. - Set up simple animations for the props and environment pieces you create, including looping idle states and interactive triggers. ### **Requirements** * **2+ years of professional experience** as a 3D Artist or similar role, ideally on Roblox or another real-time game engine. * Strong fundamentals in 3D modeling, topology, and UV unwrapping, in Blender or Maya. * Hands-on experience with at least one AI-assisted 3D generation tool (e.g., Meshy, 3D AI Studio, Sloyd) and comfort cleaning up and optimizing their output for a real-time engine. * Comfortable setting up simple prop and environment animations in Roblox Studio * Understanding of Roblox's technical constraints (polycount, texture size, mobile performance). * **Fluent in English (written & spoken)**; Vietnamese is a plus given daily collaboration with our Da Nang-based team. * A strong portfolio showing 3D modeling work, ideally with examples of AI-assisted pieces alongside hand-crafted ones, so we can see both sides of your process. **Benefits and perks** * Competitive salary with 100% salary during probation * Healthcare insurance & annual health check * Annual Performance review * Flexible working hours (40h/week, Mon–Fri) * Creative workspace with PS5, free coffee pantry.... * High-quality work devices provided (PC, monitor, laptop…) * Fun bonding activities: trips, team building, parties, clubs… * Regular training & workshops on both hard and soft skills * Learn directly from experienced managers & mentors * An international, creative, and friendly environment where your ideas are valued 📩 Interested?
