Senior Customer Success Manager

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Seoul. In this role, you will work primarily with resellers to help their clients realize value from their investment in Braze. You will be the primary point of contact for our reseller teams, manage a portfolio of multiple reseller partners, drive feature adoption, and advocate for our reseller's customers. You must have business-fluent Korean and professional working English, along with 3-6 years of experience managing complex accounts at a SaaS company.

• Partner with Braze Reseller team to drive renewals of Reseller customers, retention and net retention targets.
• Be the primary Customer Success point of contact for our reseller teams and trusted advisor at Braze.
• Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with your reseller teams and customers, providing strategic guidance, enablement, and day-to-day advice.
