V.I.E. - 12 months - Business Management F/M - Japan

Join Natixis CIB Japan as a Business Management V.I.E. for 12 months. In this role, you will support management and front office teams with various initiatives, product introductions, staffing requirements, internal communications, budgeting, and planning. You will work closely with front office heads and coordinate with global product lines and support functions. Additionally, you will assist in organizing client and internal events and coordinating with French public authority relationships. Candidates must be French or European citizens, between 18 and 28 years old, and have 1-3 years of experience in financial institutions.

• Supporting management and front office teams in managing initiatives, new products, and internal communications.
• Coordinating with front office heads and distribution teams to achieve business goals.
• Supporting the organization of client and internal events, and coordinating with French public authority relationships.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria

• Junior level with 1-3 years' experience working in financial institutions;
• Proven initiative-taking and organizational skills;
• Synthetic and analytical capabilities;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
