About The Role
Join Just Eat <Takeaway.com>, a leading global online delivery platform. As a Partner CRM Manager, you will execute key lifecycle communications, build and deploy journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaborate with regional and central operational teams. You should have hands-on experience with SFMC, a good understanding of lifecycle principles, and strong communication skills.
- Set up, test, and deploy key lifecycle journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Journey Builder.
- Apply precise segmentation and multi-channel messaging (Email, Push, In-App) via ready-to-use data extensions to reach targets effectively.
- Review journey metrics via tracking dashboards to run structured A/B tests and raise the bar on overall conversion rates.
