Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will provide operational support to the Global Events team, assist with logistics, supplier coordination, event technology platforms, and on-site support. You will work closely with the Senior Global Events Manager to ensure every event is perfectly orchestrated.

• Coordination and execution of events across all markets, including logistics, supplier coordination, and event technology platforms.
• Providing operational and logistical support to the Global Events team, creating toolkits and efficient ways of working.
• Assisting with budget tracking, raising Purchase Orders, and processing suppliers and invoices for flagship events.
