Operations Recruiter

Join our team as an Operations Recruiter in Somerville, where you'll play a crucial role in building the best teams in the 3D printing industry. You'll engage in full-cycle recruiting, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, and drive improvements to our recruiting practices. You'll also train hiring managers on effective hiring approaches and support hiring needs across the company. If you're passionate about technology and 3D printing, we want to hear from you!

• Support the Operations department by partnering with leaders to find and hire top talent.
• Engage in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring candidates across multiple departments.
• Drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting practices, and train hiring managers on effective hiring approaches.

• Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, manufacturing etc
• Naturally tend towards data to track results, improve process and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft unique, effective messaging to candidates
• Have full-cycle recruiting experience with operations roles – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers
• Are comfortable navigating an ATS (we use Greenhouse), CRM (we use Gem), and Google Sheets
• Love to establish connections, links and meet new people
• Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive and diverse talent
• Have experience building and maintaining relationships with local talent pools (schools, community networks, local events, etc)
• Have a bias for action and are solution oriented
• International recruiting experience
• Complex project/program management
• Passion for technology and 3D printing
