Head of Software Product Management

Join Formlabs as the Head of Software Product Management, where you will lead the development and commercialization of our rapidly growing software product portfolio. You will navigate the full product life cycle, impact decision making across disciplines, and mentor and develop your team. Ideal candidates have a background in computer science or embedded engineering, at least 5 years of product management experience, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

• Lead the software product management team through the full product life cycle, from conception to launch and commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to impact decision making and ensure alignment between software and hardware products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

• Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
• At least 5 years of experience in a product management role
• Enable your team to do their best work
• Drive processes forward and have a bias for action
• Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
• Started a company/new product from scratch before
• Experience scaling teams
• Track record of leading high performing teams
• Experience in B2B tech space
