Google Ads Manager

Join our team as a Google Ads Manager, where you will be responsible for driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You will manage campaigns across the Google ecosystem, own channel budgets and forecasts, and work with Analytics on measurement and attribution. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strategic and operational mindset, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

• Gérer et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires payantes sur Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display) pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance.
• Assurer la gestion des budgets alloués aux canaux publicitaires, en veillant à respecter les cibles de coût d'acquisition client (CAC) et de retour sur les dépenses publicitaires (ROAS).
• Collaborer avec l'équipe d'analyse pour mesurer l'impact des campagnes, effectuer des tests et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des résultats.

• This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions
• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
