Resource Manager, Infrastructure

Join Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global consulting firm known for its entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented approach. As a Resource Manager in our Paris office, you will be the go-to person for staffing matters, assess and plan future resource requirements, and build relationships across the business. You will collaborate extensively with the wider Resource Management team in EMEA and globally. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a consulting firm or matrix organization, excellent relationship-building skills, and fluency in both French and English.

• Act as the primary point of contact for staffing matters for various business units, assessing and planning future resource requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Utilize advanced staffing and workforce planning tools to measure utilization and influence staffing decisions, collaborating with the wider Resource Management team.
