Customer Experience Internship

Join our Customer Experience Internship where you'll assist the Support & Customer Experience Team Lead with process improvement projects, support the merging of knowledge sources into a centralized AI-powered platform, and help align documentation structure and tone of voice across teams. You'll also review partner ticket shops for accuracy and revenue performance, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed. This is a full-time internship for a minimum of 5-6 months, and you must be enrolled at a university or Hogeschool for the entire duration of the internship.

• Assisting the Support & Customer Experience Team Lead with process improvement projects.
• Supporting the merging of all knowledge sources into a single, centralised, AI-powered platform.
• Regularly reviewing partner ticket shops to ensure accuracy, conversion optimisation, and strong revenue performance.
• To be successful in this role, you should be driven, assertive, and committed. And fun! (Being fun is important)
• It will also require good organisational skills, self-motivation, and a lot of hard work. But if you’re up for a challenge, you are going to LOVE IT!
• Available for a minimum period of 5-6 months full-time (no research)
• Are a natural problem solver with attention to detail
• Are enrolled at a university or Hogeschool for the entire duration of the internship
• Have excellent time management and organisation skills
• Nice to have: Technical background, IT studies
• Have a background in hospitality/ leisure and/or economics/ business administration
• Have a high level of energy with a can-do attitude
• Are fluent in English

• Nice to have: You can speak one additional language (German, Dutch, or French)
