• Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager, co-designing the assessment process when needed.
• Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes.
• Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively, evaluating candidates’ competencies and values fit.
