Business Manager

Join Diametral, an AI-native consulting firm, as a Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, recruitment and team building, staffing and consultant development, performance and P&L ownership, client satisfaction and long-term relationships, and firm building. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of organizations and contribute to the construction of a leading consulting firm.

• 0 to 2 years of experience. Internships, apprenticeships, and first roles in business development, consulting, tech, or recruitment are all relevant.
• Genuine commercial drive: you are comfortable reaching out, being told no, and coming back.
• Strong analytical and structuring abilities; you are at ease with numbers and with a P&L logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to run several subjects in parallel without dropping any of them.
• Top-tier business school, engineering school, or university.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, business building, and entrepreneurship.
